Continuous Disclosure Obligations - Retail Fund
Swiching from Patersons 80:20 Equity Fund ("Retail Fund") to Patersons Wholesale 80:20 Equity Fund ("Wholesale Fund")If an Investor who is eligible to invest in the Wholesale Fund wishes to switch their investment from the Retail Fund to the Wholesale Fund, Patersons Asset Management Limited will waive the transaction charge that would otherwise be applicable on that redemption from the Retail Fund and the application to the Wholesale Fund.
To be eligible for the waiver of the transaction charge:
(i) the Eligible Investor must make the redemption request in accordance with the redemption process outlined on page 16 of the Retail Fund PDS AND advise in that request that the amount of the proceeds that are to be switched by way of application to the Wholesale Fund; and
(ii) the Eligible Investor must, at the same time the redemption request for the Retail Fund is submitted to the Fund Administrator, also submit their application form contained in the Wholesale Fund Product Disclosure Statement.
Contribution fees may apply to applications to the Wholesale Fund. Refer to the PDS for further information.
