Change to the minimum initial investment criteria

In accordance with the Product Disclosure Statement ("PDS") issued on 15 December 2009, Patersons Asset Management has exercised its right to vary the minimum initial investment in the Patersons Wholesale 80:20 Equity Fund from $20,000 to $10,000. Therefore, from the date of this notice, all references in the PDS to the minimum initial investment should state that the minimum initial investment is $10,000.
